About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Stickerwaffen.com and purchases from Stickerwaffen. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Stickerwaffen. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Orders and customer information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use the payment method provided. Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information, and check the design, size, quantity, and delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. We may decline orders that involve suspected fraud or unlawful use of the store.

Prices and payment

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed on the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Future price changes do not change the price of an order already placed. Payment must be completed before an order enters production.

Made-to-order production and shipping

Our stickers are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Shipping transit time is additional; a faster shipping service does not shorten production time.

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and delays are covered by our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the stated production window, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and offer you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for unused, unapplied stickers with their backing intact. For these unused returns, the customer pays return postage and the refund covers the price paid for the returned stickers, with any applicable tax adjustment. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Read our Return and Refund Policy for instructions and information about damaged, defective, or incorrect items. These conditions do not limit your rights under applicable law.

Product information

Please review each listing for its dimensions, material, finish, and intended use. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Using the website

You may not use the store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, or attempt to access another person’s information without authorization.

Artwork, branding, photographs, and other store content belong to their respective rights holders. Buying a sticker does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce its artwork commercially.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the store. Payment processing and other third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Corrections and consumer rights

We may correct errors or update website information. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding with a changed price or specification. If the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, we will refund the unfulfilled portion.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any unenforceable provision will apply only to the extent permitted by law, without affecting the remaining terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Changes apply to future use and purchases and do not retroactively reduce your rights for existing orders.
